A unique built to suite deal with a turn key solution where the LL and SBUX worked together to create a pre-fabricated shell offsite, ready to be connected on site and open in 3 days. This reduced the overall build time significantly and created a new gateway to look at future sites. The site by itself was very small, 438sf and we had to come up with some one off solutions to incorporate operational needs.

Pickup Store
New Format introduction to the SF market in downtown SF at the intersection of California St & Drumm. St. The store is catered towards the app users that notify them when their order is ready to be picked up at the store. Store layout incorporates a very efficient bar that is behind the scenes and a very intuitive customer journey to pick up the order.
Scapoose
New to Market DT - conversion
The drive thru is on the morning-side of Hwy 30, a high-traffic state, highway carrying commuters into downtown Portland. It is a conversion of an existing local Grille. As a new market entry, the store will serve as a third place for the surrounding community
